Practifix is a marketplace. Clients post work and Practifixers bid. Practifix is not the employer of Practifixers.

The platform fee is 10% of the accepted work cost, taken when the job is marked complete.

Practifixers must pass identity and criminal-record checks before bidding.

Wallet funds added via Stripe are stored as a balance. Held funds are released according to job or milestone status.
